    College Academic Credit at Conference
    Academic Credit is offered while attending conference through Old Dominion University and through Shenandoah University.  For further details contact:

    Fees are as follows (subject to change for 2010)
    Registration for Active Member - $95
    Retired Member - $25
    Collegiate Student - $35
    (Collegiate members must join through their Collegiate Chapter)
    Family Member (non-VMEA member) - $40 (Spouses who are VMEA members must register separately)
    Non-Member - $180

    VMEA is unable to process purchase orders.
    Note to Collegiate Members
    You must register through your chapter advisor. If you are not a full time student, you must register as an adult member.

    VMEA Conference Playoff Policy
    1.  Band directors who may have a playoff game during conference must pre-register for the conference and then request a refund of the conference pre-registration fee in the event of a playoff game.  All band directors who register at conference will pay the on-site registration fee and will not be eligible for a refund.
    2.  Band directors it is to your advantage to go ahead and pre-register for conference and then should you have a playoff game during that weekend request a refund. Refunds should be requested through the State Manager.
    3.  Requests for refunds must be made prior to December 1st.
