Sponsorship of Clinic Sessions

VMEA policy states that all sponsors of an accepted clinic session(s) must exhibit in the exhibit hall during the conference or return this contract by March 1st. Companies not exhibiting but sponsoring an accepted session must pay the sponsorship fee of $395.00 by September 15, 2021 without refund.

Payment Information

The initial One 10’ x 6’ Booth is $395.  Each additional 10’ x 6’ Booth is $375.

 

Conference Refund Policy:

Refunds are available if we receive your request on or before November 1. Emergency cancellations after November 1 will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds must be requested in writing to the VMEA Conference Treasurer and will incur a 25% fee for processing.

A $100 service charge will be made for cancellations before October 1st. No refunds after that date.
